FUTURE PLAN:

1. General Meeting of University of Science & Technology Alumni Association (USTAA) Meghalaya shall be held once in a year preferably in the month of January at University Campus.
2. Departmental Alumni Meet shall be held once in every year two days before the date of the Convocation. The meeting of Departmental Alumni Meet shall be held at the respective department.
3. State chapters of University of Science & Technology Alumni Association (USTAA) Meghalaya shall be constituted for each state of North East India namely Meghalaya, Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Nagaland, Mizoram, Tripura and Sikkim. The meeting of the State Chapter shall be held at the Capital of respective states preferably in the first week of January.
4. University of Science & Technology Alumni Association (USTAA-International) shall be constituted by the foreign alumni students in the state of their domicile and will actively involve, coordinate and carried out different social welfare activities in coordination with USTAA. USTAA-International meeting shall be held once in a year preferably in the last week of November.
5. Global Alumni Meet shall be held once in every three years preferably in the month of December. The meeting of Global Alumni Meet shall be held at University Campus.
6. University of Science & Technology Alumni Association (USTAA) State Chapter for each state of India shall be constituted within 5 years.
7. University of Science & Technology Alumni Association (USTAA) District chapters of North Eastern States shall be constituted within 5 years.
8. University of Science & Technology Alumni Association (USTAA) shall construct a block in the University Campus for the office bearers of the University of Science & Technology Alumni Association (USTAA) Meghalaya.
